• At the architecture design level, our services focus on defining and implementing an IT systems architecture that allows capturing, storing, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data appropriately, taking into account the specific needs and goals of the project. We perform tasks such as requirements analysis, technological architecture design, and system integration, among others.
• At the IT infrastructure operation level, Belerofontech offers monitoring, management, and system administration services provided by our technical support team to ensure the highest level of availability, reliability, security, and continuity of the systems. We perform tasks such as:
  • Monitoring various systems and parameters to ensure optimal conditions of IT systems in terms of performance, availability, and security
  • Performing scheduled tasks to ensure systems are available and operational, protect them against known vulnerabilities, and improve their stability and performance
  • Managing incidents that occur during the operation of the infrastructure, aiming to restore the affected system to its normal operating state as quickly as possible.
